Introduced by leading Swiss oral health brand CURAPROX, Samba is the world's first robotic toothbrush created explicitly to allow people with disabilities to brush their teeth effectively and independently. Samba automates the brushing process and opens the door to a healthier future for millions of people in the U.S. and worldwide. By eliminating the need to move your hand, Samba grants everyone daily independence to eliminate the health risks associated with inadequate brushing.
Developed for over eight years with dental professionals and Curaden, and teaming up with a start-up company in Israel to bring this to the market, Samba utilizes a pioneering combination of low and high-frequency oscillations, propelling 12,900 soft bristles along the teeth with a dynamic brushing motion that helps remove plaque and debris thoroughly from the teeth and gums. This technology eliminates the need for manual hand movements, granting individuals newfound independence in their oral care routine.
Unlike manual and electronic toothbrushes, which require both dexterity and discipline to achieve effective teeth cleaning, Samba requires none of those and does the cleaning completely automatically. This is the first time a global oral care brand has introduced such a solution. Similar solutions were introduced by unknown brands but failed due to their inability to clean effectively.
Samba launched on September 7 in the U.S. and is available to purchase at www.samba.us for $299, a limited time launch offer until 12/31/2023.
