The Smart Manufacturing System for High-Performance Building Waterproof Material integrates patented technologies, including innovative mixing, blending, screening, weighing, formulation, and dust removal devices, along with dynamic quality supervision software. This system revolutionizes the entire supply chain process-from raw material proportioning and production mixing to quality traceability-in the waterproof building materials industry, such as concrete and mortar, achieving multiple key technological breakthroughs.
To meet the high strength, self-compacting, and impermeability requirements of High-Performance waterproof building materials, the system employs numerous sensors to monitor critical parameters in real time, including raw material moisture content, temperature, particle size, mixer current, speed, temperature, and ambient humidity. It dynamically adjusts mixing duration, temperature, feeding sequence, and additive dosage with millisecond precision, ensuring precise formulation ratios with an error rate below 0.3%, setting a new industry standard. This results in mortar and concrete with enhanced strength, durability, crack resistance, and self-healing properties.
Supported by these technologies, the special waterproof materials produced maintain exceptional performance-impermeability ≥P12, compressive strength ≥120MPa, and an 85% reduction in crack width expansion rate-from -40°C to 80°C. These materials have been successfully applied in major projects, including large-span carbon fiber-reinforced pedestrian bridges, cross-sea high-speed rail bridges, ultra-long-span suspension bridge cable anchorage systems, and super high-rise buildings, amply extending structural lifespan and driving the industry toward ultra-high performance, intelligent control, and sustainable, green development.
