Intelligent Traffic Control System for Smart City

Hui Zhang has served as the General Manager of Shandong Yunjincheng Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. since 2008. She has participated in the development of multiple software copyright technologies within, focusing on the construction of new smart cities. She applies technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, and cloud computing to provide intelligent products, application services, and mature and leading industry solutions for smart city management, as well as IT system operation and maintenance services. She has overseen projects such as the intelligent transportation and safety facility upgrade of the Lian Gang Industrial Park in the Economic Development Zone of Dongying City, the real-time monitoring system construction and dynamic monitoring equipment for the eastern coastal area of Dongying City, the smart campus expansion project of the Third Middle School of Shengshi City, and the information system renovation project of the New District Hospital of Dongying City. She continues to play an important role in urban development.
Based on the overall strategy of smart city construction and intelligent transportation development, the system technology constructs a comprehensive application system centered on data-driven and intelligent analysis. By integrating multi-source data from road surveillance, sensors, and other sources, the platform can achieve millisecond-level data acquisition, second-level computational response, and intelligent modeling and trend prediction of traffic flow, with a prediction accuracy of over 90%. It can also dynamically optimize road network operation status with an identification accuracy of over 95%, improving average road traffic efficiency by 15%–20%, enhancing traffic violation detection efficiency, and effectively supporting event sourcing and anomaly alerts. The system implements a closed-loop management of "perception–analysis–decision-making–dispatching," promoting the intelligent, digital, and refined governance of urban transportation, providing solid technical support for the construction of safe, efficient, and green smart cities.
