Leading Secure Digital Transformation in E-commerce with SAP

At Doterra International LLC, I led the secure digital transformation of the organization’s global e-commerce platform as the Security Lead and SAP System Administrator, delivering innovation across SAP Hybris, S/4HANA, and Fiori technologies.

My work focused on architecting a secure, high-availability SAP landscape to support the fast-paced demands of Doterra’s international digital commerce. I implemented a comprehensive security framework that safeguarded critical systems while enabling seamless, scalable operations for millions of users worldwide.

Through the secure deployment and optimization of SAP Hybris Commerce, I helped create a resilient and user-centric shopping experience, integrating advanced identity and access management controls. I further optimized SAP S/4HANA for performance, embedding intelligent monitoring, real-time threat detection, and automated compliance checks to reduce risk across business-critical applications.

Securing SAP Fiori applications was a key part of enhancing mobility and productivity. I delivered a secure, role-based access model for mobile and web applications used by teams across the globe. I also introduced automation for system hardening, vulnerability scanning, and patch management—ensuring our platforms remained protected against emerging cyber threats.

In addition to technical achievements, I played a key role in aligning SAP operations with global data protection standards, including GDPR and CCPA, and enabled multi-region disaster recovery and business continuity plans that ensured consistent service availability.

These initiatives resulted in a significant reduction in security vulnerabilities, increased system uptime, and improved operational efficiency—supporting Doterra’s ability to grow its e-commerce business securely and sustainably. My leadership bridged security, innovation, and business outcomes, positioning SAP as a resilient and trusted backbone for global e-commerce success.
