I lead the analytics mission and represent the compliance department in developing the firm-wide data analytics operating model at a global Investment Management firm.
By leveraging machine learning (ML) And Artificial Intelligence (AI), I build analytical solutions to strengthen our monitoring programs and support compliance efforts in risk mitigation. My role involves designing end-to-end solutions in various focus areas including trading compliance, personal conduct, market abuse surveillance, anti-money laundering, best execution, portfolio management and distribution compliance to enhance monitoring capabilities, safeguarding the firm against legal, regulatory and reputational risks. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure regulatory compliance, keeping the firm at the forefront of the industry standards.
