Lore is a licensing platform that transforms creative works into structured, licensable intellectual property. Designed for artists, studios, musicians, logo creators, and other rights holders, it provides a clear digital framework to upload, present, authorize, and commercially manage IP assets.

The project addresses a persistent gap in the creative economy: while characters, artworks, logos, and music often carry significant cultural and commercial value, the path from creation to licensing remains fragmented, opaque, and difficult to manage. Lore reimagines this process as a seamless product experience, allowing licensors and licensees to engage through a trusted and structured marketplace.

For creators, the platform begins with guided onboarding and a multi-step IP submission flow. Users can upload images, 3D assets, music files, and other materials, then define the licensing structure for each property. This includes category selection, product applications, royalty rates, licensing periods, optional minimum guarantees, and additional agreement terms. By turning creative works into organized, licensing-ready entries, Lore helps creators communicate not only the identity of their work, but also its commercial logic.

For licensees, Lore offers a discovery and application experience centered on clarity and compliance. Rather than enabling open-ended use, the platform guides users to apply only within the approved scope defined by the licensor. This creates a more transparent licensing process, reducing ambiguity while supporting negotiation, approval, and long-term collaboration.

A key innovation of the project lies in how it combines creative presentation with licensing operations. In the age of AI, this role becomes even more important: Lore helps creators define ownership, control how their work is used, and secure fair participation in the revenue generated from their intellectual property. The system supports both visual and audio-based properties, making it relevant for character IP, brand elements, illustration, and music rights.

Ultimately, Lore is not only a platform for licensing, but a proposal for how creative rights can be made more visible, navigable, and equitable in the digital age. By integrating cultural value, economic logic, and user-centered design into one system, it imagines a more sustainable future for intellectual property exchange.
